The deeper bet beneath this work is that rejected parts become more dangerous, while loved, nourished, and well-resourced people become more capable of choosing connection over unnecessary suffering.
You are not fucking terrible. You are human—and humans are capable of a terrifying and magnificent range of things.
Body. Sex. Creativity. Power. Heart. Voice. Imagination. Spirit. All seven chakras can meet all seven chakras. None of them has to pretend to be normal before it enters the room.
