This notice explains how Josh Billings handles information connected with the Steal Your Soul landing page, the Explore pages, and the Embodied Energy Reading offer.

Information these pages process

The landing and Explore pages do not contain contact, health-information, or payment forms. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics may process page views, clicks, device and browser details, approximate location, performance information, and other interaction data across these pages. The landing page also uses Microsoft Clarity, which may process scrolling and create session replays. A custom event is sent when a booking button is clicked.

Clarity’s standard masking remains enabled. Form inputs and sensitive text are masked by default, and this site does not add any instruction that unmasks them.

Why analytics are used

Analytics help Josh understand whether the pages work properly, which information visitors find useful, and where the booking process may be confusing. Analytics are optional and are not required to view the pages or proceed to booking.

Your analytics choice

Clarity and Google Analytics begin in denied-consent mode. Full analytics are enabled only after you select “Accept analytics.” Your choice is stored in your browser so the site can remember it. You can change it below at any time.

Microsoft Clarity

Microsoft provides Clarity and processes analytics data under its own terms and privacy practices. Learn more through the Microsoft Clarity FAQ and Microsoft Privacy Statement.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics helps measure visits and interactions on the landing and Explore pages. Advertising storage and ad-personalization signals are disabled. Learn more through Google’s Privacy Policy and Google’s information about data safeguards.

Booking and payment

Booking and payment take place on Acuity Scheduling, an external Squarespace service. Information entered there—including names, contact details, scheduling information, and payment details—is handled by Acuity/Squarespace and the applicable payment processor, not by this landing page. Review the Squarespace Privacy Policy for details.

Acuity may send completed-purchase analytics to Google Analytics, including the purchased item’s name, final value, currency, coupon, purchase category, and quantity. The analytics event does not include payment-card details.

Sharing and retention

Analytics information is shared with Microsoft and Google for operating, measuring, and improving these pages and the purchase flow. Booking information is shared with the providers needed to schedule and process your purchase. Information is retained according to the settings and policies of those services and as reasonably necessary for business, legal, and security purposes.
