An Embodied Energy Reading is a clearly bounded, one-on-one space. We are not in each other’s day-to-day lives. You don’t have to keep me happy, protect a shared social circle, or wake up next to me tomorrow morning.

It is a safe place for you to explore being you—and for me to explore what it feels like to be you.
